AK Direct Holdings Ltd is a Cyprus property company that owns and manages its own residential apartments. Since 2024 we have been renting new, fully furnished homes in Paphos and Limassol on long-term leases to professionals who have moved to Cyprus for work — many of them specialists at local technology companies.
Because we own every apartment we rent, you deal with the owner from the first viewing to the last day of your lease. One company, one contract, one point of contact.

Do you charge a commission?
No. You rent directly from the owner, so there are no agency or finder's fees.
What is the minimum lease term?

Are utilities included in the rent?
No. Tenants open their own accounts with the electricity and water providers and pay them directly. We'll help you set them up when you move in.
How large is the security deposit?
One month's rent.
